Synthetic high temperature lubricating grease based on Perflourinated Polyether Oil and PTFE. The low
evaporation rate ensures a long service life and long lubrication intervals. Tried and tested for stenter chains
offering extended lubrication intervals.
Temperature range: -40°C to 260°C
KluberTemp GR AR 555
A Polyether Oil (PFPE) with Polytetraflouroethylene (PTFE) high temperature grease for long term
lubrication. It offers good protection and high evaporation stability especially for high temperature
applications. Used on stenter chains for long lubrication intervals.
Temperature range: -30°C to 250°C
Petamo GY 193
It is a synthetic high-temperature grease based on high-quality ester oils, polyurea thickener and special
additives. It can be used for lifetime lubrication or relubrication. Experience has shown that lifetime lubrication
is possible with temperatures below 150°C, for example in electric motors, fans, carrier and guide rollers,
chain wheels, sealed or capped rolling bearings. In relubricatable rolling bearings subject to very high
temperatures the grease can be used up to 180°C (e.g. in driers).
Temperature range: -20°C to 180°C
Unisilikon L 50/2
It bases on dimethyl Silicone. It is a rolling bearing grease at low loads over wide service temperature range
for long lubricating intervals.
Temperature range: -50°C to 200°C.
Molybkombin UMF T4 Spray
It is molybdenum disulphide bonded coating, giving a dry lubricating film used for spray lubrication of
threaded spindles in stenters. Additionally, it eliminates stick slip on guide ways.
Temperature range: -40°C to 450°C
